Secure your booking with a deposit

Notice: a deposit is required to secure the booking. Once your dates are confirmed, we send you the payment details for the method you prefer — Wise, Revolut, PayPal or a Thai bank transfer — with the exact amount for your stay or rental.

The deposits

Three deposit options

Accommodation deposit — 20%

A 20% deposit secures your house, suite or villa. The balance is settled on arrival or as agreed in your confirmation.

Private transfer deposit — 50%

A 50% deposit secures your private door-to-door transfer booking, with the balance settled when the trip takes place.

Motorbike rental deposit — 100%

The motorbike rental is paid in full when booking, so a bike is reserved and waiting when you arrive.

How to pay

Choose your payment method

Payment details are sent after your booking confirmation — just tell us which method suits you best.

Wise (EUR)

Send the deposit in Euro via Wise — low fees and a fair exchange rate, ideal from Europe.

Revolut

Fast transfer from your Revolut account, usually arriving the same day.

PayPal

Pay with your PayPal balance or a linked card — familiar and buyer-friendly.

Thai bank account

Direct transfer to a Thai bank account in Baht — the quickest option if you already bank in Thailand.

Cancellation policy

Simple and transparent

· Accommodation deposit: refundable if you cancel at least 14 days before your check-in date. Cancellations later than that are not refunded.
· Motorbike rental deposit: non-refundable — the bike is reserved and taken out of circulation for your dates.
· Administration fee: 1,000 Baht is kept in any case as an administration and service fee, including on refunded deposits.

When do I receive the payment details?

After your booking is confirmed, we send you the payment details for the method you chose — Wise, Revolut, PayPal or Thai bank transfer — together with the exact deposit amount for your dates.

Can I get my accommodation deposit back?

Yes, if you cancel at least 14 days before your check-in date. In every case, 1,000 Baht is kept as an administration and service fee.

Is the motorbike rental deposit refundable?

No — the motorbike rental deposit is non-refundable, because the bike is taken out of circulation for your dates.
