4. Add sport or training — Muay Thai, tennis, pickleball, yoga or gym sessions can be bundled with the room through the Stay & Train packages.

Deposits & changes

Confirm the terms for your dates

Deposit and cancellation terms depend on the house and the season — peak Christmas and New Year dates carry a minimum stay and are handled differently from a quiet low-season week. Rather than quote a single blanket policy here, we confirm the exact terms in writing for your dates before any payment is made. Ask when you enquire, or read them in the confirmation you receive after the availability search above. Changes to dates, room swaps, late boat arrivals and extending a stay are handled by the family directly, which is usually faster and more flexible than going through an agency.

What is the difference between this page and the Collection?

Can I book a specific house?

Yes. Pick your dates in the search above and select the house, suite or villa you want. If the one you had in mind is taken, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you which comparable house in the collection is free.

Are there discounts for long stays or solo travellers?

Yes — weekly and monthly rates are lower per night, and solo travellers get their own pricing rather than paying a full double rate. For stays longer than a month, message us instead of booking online so we can quote properly.

Can training be added to the room?

Muay Thai, tennis, pickleball, yoga and gym sessions can be bundled with your stay through the Stay & Train packages. Mention it when you confirm and the sessions are scheduled around your arrival.

How do I get from the mainland to the door?

Book your crossing first — see getting to Koh Mak and the ferry detail — then send us the boat and pier and pickup is arranged for you.
