β€œKoh Mak Village is above all a philosophy, an art of living. The luxury of taking the time to live at your own pace, reconnecting with the elements and letting yourself be swept away by incredible encounters. You don't come to Koh Mak Village by chance. Everyone has a good reason. For some, it was practising Muay Thai in one of the most pleasant and welcoming gyms that was the trigger. For others, it's yoga or tennis in a magnificent natural setting. Some come here looking for an office in paradise. For an island that may seem timeless, the conenctivity is exceptionally good and stable, and the co-working spaces invite creativity and collaboration. The island also has superb coral reefs that are relatively easy to access and in good health. Koh Mak village could be your home for months and months if you enjoy simplicity, peace and quiet, culinary diversity, gentle mobility, the sea and swimming, etc. Fortunately, we're a long way from the hustle and bustle of the city and the noise of the overcrowded islands. This is not a tourist destination; it's a peaceful place to stay, with respect and dignity. On Koh Mak, there are accommodation and food options to suit all tastes and budgets. The ease of access from Bangkok surprised us. The Koh Mak village community helped us organise our stay in Bangkok and our transfer to the island.”

β€œ5/5 !!!! I couldn't be happier with my stay at Koh Mak Village. It's rare to receive such excellent care when booking accommodation. From being picked up at the pier to having any questions or issues promptly addressed, Mr. Peak and Yodying, the manager and owner, were always available to help and made me feel incredibly welcome. They also helped me discover and enjoy all the activities the island has to offer. I truly found a home away from home and ended up staying for four weeks. Because it was the low season, I had the opportunity to meet many local people and experience a completely different side of the island. It made my stay even more special. I am so grateful for the kindness and hospitality I received, and I will definitely be returning to stay again!”

β€œAnyone who loves nature, beautiful beaches, and sports will love this place. Free sports facilities and daily activities like pickleball or tennis with the locals. An island not overrun with tourists, and no 7-Elevens. I would come back again and again. πŸ˜„β€

β€œI stayed on Koh Mak Island at the Good Times Resort. My main purpose for visiting was to participate in Muay Thai. The instructors, Phoenix Gym, location; really everything was perfect for what I wanted from my stay; it was definitely one of the best decisions I've made in a while! The Island can be very activity-focused... sports, gym, yoga, etc, or it can be relaxing, peaceful & healing. Really, whatever you want out of your visit, you can easily make it happen! Also, the bonus is that the Island is easy to travel to and the views are amazing! Very grateful to Yodying, the Muay Thai Instructors, Mr Peak, and everyone else I spent time with during my visit πŸ™. I will be back soon”

β€œKoh Mak is a wonderful, quiet island where you will experience a beautiful community, wonderful beaches, delicious food, and a wide range of activities and sports. You will really have a chance to improve both your mental and physical health! The atmosphere is fantastic. I stayed for a month, as most visitors do, and enjoyed every aspect of the island! I will definitely be back soon. So if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place away from mass tourism where you can focus on yourself, this is the place to be, and I highly recommend it.”

β€œGreat place to come and train! This is my second visit to the resort to stay and train Muay Thai. Both times during low season. This time for a month. The resort offers train and stay packages for amazing prices. The accommodation is very good; rooms are big and comfortable with a bathroom and small kitchen. The service here is excellent. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The resort makes everything so easy, providing information on transport to and from the island, including pick-up and drop-off to the pier and resort on the island. The gym is excellent, and the trainers are very good. All levels are accommodated, and the atmosphere is very good and welcoming. The group classes are fun and high quality. The private classes are also very high quality. The coaches really make it a great place to train. The equipment in the gym is great and well looked after. Finally, the location is brilliant. Koh Mak is a beautiful island and so easy to get around. The beaches are stunning, and it is a brilliant place to come and train. Highly recommend, and I'll be back for sure!”

β€œFantastic place! We came here in low season (October) and absolutely loved it! Fabulous room with huge balcony and incredible views, especially at sunset. Great to come here and recharge your batteries, as so peaceful. Yoga, tennis and Muay Thai available here too for those with a bit more energy! Highly recommended:)”
