Seaview Suites "Upstairs" — One-Bedroom Villa on Koh Mak

There is only one suite here, so the whole floor is yours — no shared corridor, no neighbours through the wall. It sits above the treetops of Koh Mak Village, and the windows and balcony look over the gardens towards the bay and the neighbouring islands. That elevation is the point: it catches the breeze in the afternoon, keeps the rooms lighter than a ground-floor house, and gives you a view most rooms on the island simply do not have.

The layout is an open-plan lounge with books, a proper desk and sea-view windows, a separate bedroom with air conditioning, a private bathroom with hot water, and an open-air kitchenette with a sink, hob and basic cooking equipment for breakfasts and simple meals. WiFi, weekly cleaning, bed linen and towels are included. The desk and the quiet make it a genuinely workable base for remote work, with the co-working space a short walk away if you would rather not work at home.

Everything shared in Koh Mak Village is walking distance: the pool, the co-working space and the tennis, gym and pickleball facilities. Ao Kao beach and the village kitchens on where to eat are a few minutes by bicycle or scooter — see getting around for rentals and road conditions.

Rates are for the whole suite: ฿12,000 per week in low season (15 May – 15 October) and ฿17,000 per week in high season (16 October – 14 May). Because the suite is usually booked by word of mouth among returning guests, availability moves quickly and it is worth asking directly — monthly rates for long stays are quoted on request. Training and coaching can be bundled with the stay through the Stay & Train packages, and once your dates are fixed we arrange pier pickup around your boat.
