It has 1.5 bedrooms, a shaded terrace, a basic outdoor kitchenette and a spacious bathroom — plus a proper working desk, which makes it a favourite for long stays, digital nomads and solo travellers. Both Ao Kao and Ao Suan Yai beaches are a few minutes away by scooter or bicycle.

Good to know

The kitchenette is outdoors and deliberately basic — perfect for coffee, breakfast and a simple dinner, while the island's local kitchens and cafés handle the rest. The house sits inland, so it stays cool and quiet, with geckos and birdsong instead of traffic.

Long-stay guests usually rent a scooter — see getting around Koh Mak — and plan arrival around the ferry and speedboat timetable.

Weekly rates & seasons

All rates are weekly and in Thai Baht. Solo travellers receive a 15% discount on the weekly rate. The Christmas and New Year season requires a minimum stay of 10 days.
